It came to mind again after a big family trip to Mallorca—three generations under one roof, long dinners, shared chaos, and little in-between moments I’ll carry with me. I also took the kids to London for a few days—just us, slower paced, filled with quiet adventures and hot chocolates between the rain.
Travel like this always brings me back to what matters. Not the logistics, or the places, but the people. And the presence.
Even on the busiest days, I still take a few minutes for myself. My skincare routine may be simple, but it grounds me—it’s where I check in, breathe, and reset.
