I have tried many cleansing oils over the years. I heard oil cleansing works for everyone , so I went for it and was sold. However i dont like the feeling of oil left on my skin afterwards. When I saw you guys came out with an oil cleanser I was very intrigued. What made me get a sample was that it had pineapple enzyme for exfoliation, papaya for inflamation and it emulsifies into this dreamy milkiness for an even deeper clean. I received my sample and immediately fell in love, this product is everything I have been yearning for. It really does just melt makeup with ease and the milkiness after adding a little bit of water for the final cleanse is just heaven on my skin. Forever in my skincare ritual!

My skin type is the most annoying combination type, and so I have an oily T-zone and dry skin on my cheeks and chin. The best thing about Akar's Purify is that it's perfect for everyone! It's a little warm to the touch when I apply it on my face - not a bad thing! - and because the texture is thick it naturally makes me more thorough about rubbing the product over every single pore on my face. This slow and ritualistic beauty routine that sets the pace for my mental unwinding at the end of long work days. I don't have to vigorously rub my eyes to take off mascara, liner or eyeshadow, so I have absolutely ZERO worries about getting any of the product in my eye!

I was a bit hesitant to try oil cleansers as I have oily skin, but this cleansing oil changed my mind! I love how it feels on my skin and it washes off really well, leaving my skin clean and smooth!
Took my makeup off completely, the texture was amazing, and my skin felt super clean and smooth after. I have oily skin and have been shying away from oil cleansers for a while but now I am COMPLETELY sold.
I absolutely love this product! It's a thicker consistency but I can see the makeup dissolving as I massage and it washes off super clean! None of the greasy feeling I get from the other cleansing oils.
